Job Overview:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise factory staff and ensure adherence to industry health and safety protocols.
  • Provide guidance, motivation, and support to employees to enhance productivity and efficiency.

  • Participate in hands-on work when necessary to maintain high standards.
  • Recruit, train, and develop new factory workers to meet business needs.
  • Ensure regular maintenance of factory equipment and conduct inspections to guarantee quality products.
  • Motivate employees to achieve factory targets and continually improve performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Operational Supervisor or equivalent role.
  • Industry experience in joinery or construction.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure regular tool maintenance.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time, permanent position requiring day shifts and on-site work at our location. A valid Work Authorisation is required for this role.
