Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as an Operations Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate daily operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient depot management.
- Oversee fleet maintenance, logistics, and campervan preparation, guaranteeing exceptional vehicle condition.
- Manage bookings, inventory, local suppliers, and cleaning services, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Address customer complaints, emergencies, and local issues promptly, upholding smooth operations.
- Prepare and clean campervans, adhering to strict health and safety guidelines.
- Monitor and address maintenance and repair needs in a timely manner.
- Support in reselling campervans and showcasing them to potential buyers.
- Previous experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and direct customer interaction experience.
- Valid driver's license and confidence in driving a campervan (mandatory).
- Availability to work weekends.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
