As a seasoned Key Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion within the QSR channel. Your primary objective will be to win new business and expand RedBull's distribution using the Hunting List System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new key account groups from competitors or non-energy beverage channels
  • Drive horizontal and vertical distribution in new and existing accounts to meet volume targets
  • Re-sign all existing key account groups to ensure continued partnership
  • Deliver profitability targets by key account group as per agreed investment proposals
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG account management
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Strong presentation and active listening skills
  • Able to identify and capitalize on win-win opportunities with customers
  • Knowledge of premium brand execution and activation
  • Strong negotiation skills at a senior level and commercial acumen
  • Action-oriented with a focus on driving outcomes to completion
