- Conduct performance reviews of academic staff
- Provide insights on academic resource management
- Doctorate in Counselling or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years in managerial and teaching roles at the degree and/or post-graduate level
- Commitment to ongoing learning with an annual allocation of 20 hours for professional development
