Global Client Services Associate

The Global Client Group (GCG) is a key component of our organization, responsible for delivering a seamless client experience across various channels. Our team is dedicated to establishing and deepening relationships with clients, while providing timely and accurate information to support their investment needs.
About the PositionWe are seeking an experienced Client Services Associate to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Global Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, working closely with sales teams to deliver end-to-end service, and developing a deep understanding of client portfolios and service levels.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate client queries, working collaboratively with internal business partners to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Partner with the Client Transitions CoE to ensure smooth on- and off-boarding of clients and distributors.
- Deliver client communications on regular and key events, working with internal business partners to agree messaging and timing.
- Ensure Salesforce is updated with all relevant client interaction, and communicate proactively with sales/relationship teams on issues and developments.
- Own responsibility for distributing client reporting to agreed deadlines, using the appropriate suite of reports.
- Partner with Private Fund Services (CoE) to address client requests to satisfaction.
- Minimum 7+ years of proven experience in client service in the asset management industry.
- BA/BS or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well on teams and in fast-paced, cross-collaborative environments.
- Ability to solve problems independently, think analytically and deliver solutions to complex challenges.
- Detail-oriented.
- Self-starter that can manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
