About Global Client Services

The Global Client Services team is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences across the Institutional and Wealth channels. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with sales and business partners to service clients throughout the client life cycle, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client queries and requests for information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate client queries, working collaboratively with internal business partners to ensure clear, accurate, and comprehensive responses.
  • Partner with the Client Transitions CoE to ensure smooth on- and off-boarding of clients and distributors.
  • Deliver client communications on regular and key events, working with internal business partners to agree messaging and timing.
  • Ensure Salesforce is updated with all relevant client interactions and communicate proactively with sales and relationship teams on issues and developments.
  • Own responsibility for distributing client reporting to agreed deadlines, using the appropriate suite of reports.
  • Maintain accurate databases of client and portfolio information, and documentation for use by the broader business.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7+ years of proven experience in client service in the Asset Management Industry.
  • BA/BS or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well on teams and in fast-paced, cross-collaborative environments.
  • Ability to think analytically and deliver solutions to complex challenges.
