As an Associate Director of Client Services, you will play a key role in managing client expectations, driving relationships, and ensuring seamless campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client expectations and ensure all deliverables are documented and disseminated to the team
  • Drive relationships with clients and confidently field requests, input, and feedback
  • Assist in managing client satisfaction and identifying issues or barriers
  • Understand client billing processes and ensure team compliance
  • Engage with clients to define actionable briefs for campaigns and assist with larger, complex briefs
  • Run daily agency-only collaboration sessions and weekly client status updates
  • Create campaign timelines and identify key milestones and checkpoints
  • Coordinate with discipline practices to ensure campaign deliverables meet client expectations
  • Provide project management support during campaign lifecycles
  • Partner with senior management on operational guidelines, including staffing, scoping, and financials
  • Manage 1-2 reports, outlining annual performance goals and monitoring career development opportunities
