The centre is thoughtfully designed to foster curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning. As our Centre Director, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the centre's culture, building a passionate team, and ensuring we provide exceptional care and education from day one.
About the Role- Lead a dynamic team of educators and support staff to deliver high-quality programs and services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with our values and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, staff, and families.
- Foster partnerships with local communities, families, and other stakeholders to promote the centre's services and reputation.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Care or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a director or leadership role within an early learning setting.
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standard (NQS), National Quality Framework (NQF), and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Current certifications in First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management, and Food Safety Supervisor.
