- Collaborate with Year Level Heads of Department to Design and Implement Wellbeing Programs
- Lead and Facilitate Opportunities for Student Voice and Agency
- Work Collaboratively with the Leadership Team on Data-Informed Decision Making
- Oversee Initiatives to Promote Cultural Inclusivity and Diversity
- Organise Professional Development for Staff to Increase Cultural Awareness and Competence
- Ensure Recognition of Key Cultural Days and Celebrations
