Transformation Lead

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategic client solutions using Salesforce offerings. You will work closely with regional sales teams to identify and qualify opportunities, attend customer/prospect meetings, provide inputs into proposals, and present/demonstrate solutions as part of bid presentations.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy Definition and Execution: Develop and implement applications business go-to-market strategies, partner ecosystems, investment requirements, IP development, and methodologies.
- Pre-sales: Collaborate with regional sales teams to identify and qualify opportunities, attend customer/prospect meetings, and provide inputs into proposals.
- Program Architecture: Work with strategic clients to define their architectural roadmaps.
- Growth and Delivery Excellence: Develop and execute on pipelines of work generated, identify key resources in the marketplace to build and drive capabilities, and ensure consistent and repeatable methodologies for project delivery.
- Extensive Experience: Articulation of strategic client solutions using Salesforce offerings.
- Demonstrated Expertise: Building demos and showcasing Salesforce product features, medium to large-scale transformation projects, and solution leadership across Salesforce.
- Strong Track Record: Generating revenue and margin growth, driving solutions-focused practices within consultancies or software vendors, and excellent communication skills.
