This role contributes to creating positive change in the fight against cancer. The successful candidate will play a key part in making a real difference to those affected by cancer and reducing its impact on individuals and families across the nation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a visionary philanthropic strategy aligned with our organisation's mission and goals.
- Foster meaningful connections with donors, ensuring a personalised and engaging donor experience.
- Identify and seize new funding opportunities, staying ahead of philanthropic trends and forging innovative partnerships.
- Work closely with our leadership team to integrate philanthropic initiatives seamlessly into our broader organisational strategy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in senior roles such as Philanthropy, Fundraising or Partnership management.
- Proven experience with various high-level philanthropic fundraising techniques.
- Excellent all-round communication skills with the ability to effectively pitch to donors and prospects.
- Experience in writing and reviewing grant proposals.
