Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated home care support workers to assist older clients in the community, preserving their independence and enriching their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-home personal care, assisting with daily living activities such as showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, and laundry & ironing.
  • Deliver personalized care aligned with each client's unique Care Plan.
  • Monitor and report any changes in the client's health or behavior.
  • Work as a team to create a positive experience for our clients.
  • Provide support with transportation needs, helping with shopping trips and appointments, to empower active community participation.
Requirements
  • Must have a current driver's license and own vehicle (with comprehensive insurance).
  • Willingness to travel to clients' homes within specified service locations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Flexibility in working hours and approach.
  • A Certificate 3, 4, or diploma in Aged Care, Home Care, Disability, or a related field.
  • Experience in using mobility aids/hoisting devices is highly valued.
