  • Lead the Care team in providing excellent care services to residents while mentoring and educating nursing staff
  • Support dementia care programs and collaborate with the team to deliver best practice dementia care
  • Manage incidents and feedback within the care environment to maintain high standards
  • Collaborate with the National Care Manager to achieve exceptional care outcomes
  • Champion person-centred care approaches and focus on resident needs, goals, and preferences
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and delegate tasks effectively to achieve quality care outcomes
  • Negotiate with colleagues to deliver seamless care services
  • Monitor and report on incidents and near misses within the care environment
