Salary and Benefits

As a Speech Therapist with JC Care, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of $95-$120, depending on your experience. Plus, enjoy benefits such as purchased resources, extensive mentorship, and full autonomy to manage your therapy days and schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and carry out therapy for our NDIS participants (paediatrics and adults)
  • Manage your caseload and maintain accurate participant records
  • Communicate effectively with participants, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Network with stakeholders to grow the JC Care brand in local communities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Relevant qualifications and current registration with Speech Pathology AU
  • 2 years' experience working as a Speech Therapist (desirable but not necessary)
  • Experience working in the NDIS sector (desirable but not necessary)
  • Current Working with Children check
  • Current CPR
  • Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • NDIS workers screening check (or willing to obtain)
