The Role
We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting user-centric designs that elevate the customer experience. You will oversee the design of digital products from inception to completion, participating in all stages from discovery and development to optimisation. Collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders, you will ensure the delivery of seamless and engaging user experiences across our Android app, iOS app, and website.

Responsibilities
  • Craft detailed and high-quality designs for mobile (iOS and Android) and web applications, ensuring they are ready for developer implementation.
  • Conduct user testing and discovery to understand customer needs, particularly for health and wellness products. Translate insights into actionable design improvements.
  • Drive the integration of core customer experiences, enhance B2B offerings, and develop a holistic user experience.
  • Work closely with developers, the Product Manager, QA/Testers, and marketing stakeholders to ensure consistent execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Develop features that enhance personalisation and user engagement, including rewards and motivation elements.
  • Optimise the digital subscription experience, focusing on customer acquisition and retention through email, push notifications, and other channels.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Able to work independently while integrating smoothly with the team.
  • An out-of-the-box thinker capable of solving complex problems and creating engaging user experiences.
  • Deeply understands user needs and how to address them through design.
  • Knowledgeable in how designs translate to front-end development, with experience in Figma and agile development teams.
  • Comfortable with user testing and discovery, translating research into actionable design insights.
  • Experienced in designing for both mobile apps (iOS and Android) and web applications, understanding the nuances of each platform.
  • Values customer satisfaction and innovative design solutions, and can work well in a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • You will have a UX/UI or Product design background.
