We're building a next-generation end-of-life platform that's user-friendly and intuitive, considering the average age of our customers.
The RoleWe're seeking an exceptional Product Designer to bring our platform vision to life. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for researching, designing, prototyping, and usability testing to ensure our product meets user and business needs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Validating UX decisions through user research, usability testing, and collaboration with our engineering team.
- Providing design assets and guidance for delivering high-quality experiences.
- Reviewing user behavior and making UX adjustments to maximize the customer experience.
We're looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in product design, expertise in modern design tools, and a passion for creating user-centered experiences.
