Overnight Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Overnight Operations Supervisor to oversee the efficient operations of our resort during late night hours. As a key member of our rooms division team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, managing daily financial transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.


About the Role
  • Ensure effective management of overnight operations, including check-ins, financial transactions, and end-of-day reporting.
  • Collaborate with departments to provide assistance and support as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to issues or emergencies promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize expertise in PMS systems, preferably Opera, and Microsoft Office applications to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Maintain knowledge of financial processes, data analysis, and multi-outlet night audit experience to ensure high-quality results.

Requirements
  • Full availability to work a rotating roster, Sunday-Saturday.
  • Previous night auditor experience in a 4-5 star hotel/resort environment.
  • PMS experience, Opera preferred, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Understanding of emergency medical procedures, evacuation plans, fire protection measures, and security protocols.
  • FIRST AID AND CPR CERTIFICATE REQUIRED
  • RSA certificate required.
  • Hold or ability to obtain a Qld Working with Children Check Blue Card.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Exceptional personal presentation.
