Job Role: Personal Carer

The role of a personal carer at Infinite Care involves providing high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their independence and overall well-being.

  • Work across 7 days, with shifts in the AM, PM, and nighttime.
  • Deliver timely, compassionate care alongside nursing, hospitality, and resident engagement teams.

This position requires working closely with others to deliver excellent services and making a positive impact on the lives of our elderly residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining excellent safety awareness to prevent residents from tripping, falling, or injury.
  2. Demonstrating a positive teamwork attitude, reliability, excellent time management, and adherence to safety procedures.
  3. Providing quality care and helping our company deliver exceptional services.
  4. Engaging with residents using calm, patient, and empathetic communication to build trust and companionship.
  5. Possessing a Certificate III in Individual Support or other relevant healthcare qualification, including a nursing degree or Diploma of Nursing.
  6. Holding or being willing to obtain NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
