Nighttime Operations Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nighttime Operations Supervisor to oversee the smooth functioning of all hotel services during nighttime hours. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency while leading and managing the night team.

In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies, responding promptly with effective solutions to uphold guest satisfaction and safety.

To succeed in this position, you will require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within luxury hotels or a similar hospitality setting. You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

About This Role

  • Lead and manage the night team, including Front Office and concierge staff
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency during nighttime hours

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within luxury hotels or a similar hospitality setting
