Building Maintenance Specialist

This role focuses on maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough cleaning of buildings, including floors, walls, toilets, showers, and kitchens.
- Distribute and replenish consumable items such as hand sanitizers, wall-mounted wipe dispensers, and washroom, kitchen, and staff common room items.
- Assist with the cleaning and tidying of external areas such as courtyards, paths, walkways, open areas, and patios as required.
- Transport waste bins to and from designated external kerbside collection areas.
- Assist with moving furniture and equipment.
- Provide support for cleaning and waste services during events, conferences, and functions.
- Relevant cleaning experience.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and transporting heavy objects and waste bins.
Appointment will be at HEO 2 level with a total remuneration package before shift penalties of up to $73,756 comprising base salary within the range of $62,415 to $63,039 plus 17% superannuation.
