Elevator Maintenance Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Elevator Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on elevators and escalators.
As an Elevator Maintenance Specialist, you will work closely with other technicians and engineers to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and functioning safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment
- Conduct repairs and replacements of elevator components as needed
- Identify and report any potential safety hazards or issues with equipment
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless operation of all building systems
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in elevator maintenance or repair
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to work at heights and lift heavy objects
