We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage end-to-end contracting activities.

  • Tender development, submission, evaluation, and award management.
  • Performance monitoring against KPIs and contract conditions.
  • Reporting and corrective actions for consistent service levels.
  • Effective contract oversight for cost-saving initiatives within the supply chain.

Experience in contract administration or contract management is essential. A solid understanding of contract law and ability to interpret contractual terms and conditions is required.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with effective prioritization and workload management skills.

Responsibilities:

As a contracts manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end contracting activities.
  • Maintaining awareness of current and upcoming business activities to anticipate contract needs.
  • Providing guidance on contract processes and ensuring compliance with legislation, regulations, and site procedures.
  • Sourcing competitive and fit-for-purpose supplier options.
  • Assisting in delivering staff training on contract procedures and supporting continuous improvement.
