Senior Contract Specialist

This role presents a unique opportunity to expand your career in contract management as a key member of our team.
You will play a crucial part in the full lifecycle of our contract management processes, from tender development to award and performance monitoring.
The focus is on delivering cost savings through effective contract oversight and contributing to timely and successful execution of cost improvements within agreed parameters.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end contracting activities including tender development, submission, evaluation, and award.
- Monitor performance against KPIs and contract conditions.
- Deliver corrective actions to ensure consistent service levels.
- Support cost-saving initiatives within the supply chain through effective contract oversight.
- Contribute to the timely and successful execution of cost improvements within agreed parameters.
- Provide guidance on contract processes and ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and site procedures.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand, plan, and scope their contract requirements.
- Source competitive and fit-for-purpose supplier options.
- Maintain awareness of current and upcoming business activities to anticipate contract needs.
- Assist in delivering staff training on contract procedures and supporting continuous improvement.
