Civil Infrastructure Sales Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to develop and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide technical expertise in Civil Infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Business Development or Sales Engineering within the construction industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identify new sales prospects, and deliver exceptional technical support for Civil Infrastructure projects.
  • Consult with clients to understand their specific needs, prepare and deliver compelling product presentations, and collaborate with the project team to ensure best solutions are provided.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales Engineering within the construction industry.
  • Technical knowledge in construction products is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and project management tools, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
