Job Role:The Finance Administrator will play a vital role in our daily financial activities.
- Daily processing of trust receipts;
- Recording and reconciling accounts payable and receivable;
- Managing cash flow and bank reconciliations;
- Providing financial reporting and analysis; and
- Assisting with budget planning.
This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years' experience in an accounts or office role, looking to develop their skills in a supportive environment.
Our finance team works closely together to achieve our goals, and we're looking for someone who is able to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team.
Skills And QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Basic knowledge of accounting software;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
