Job Description:

As a specialist in physical security infrastructure, you will be responsible for the delivery of cutting-edge security measures to protect people, premises, and assets. You will drive simplification and velocity in delivery through disciplined execution, focusing on bringing exceptional experience and expertise to the table.

Responsibilities include delivering physical and electronic security measures, providing technical support and resolution of support tickets on a 24/7 basis, operational supervision, guidance, and support for site security installations, project managing and delivering physical security infrastructure projects, and conducting physical security site risk assessments across commercial offices, retail branches, business banking centres, ATMs, and other premises.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a security technician along with experience in project oversight and delivery of physical security installation in large commercial and retail sites
- Expert technical experience operating and maintaining access control systems, security alarm systems, CCTV systems within large multi-site organisations
- Experience preparing security plans, designs, standard operating procedures, and policies
- Technical experience operating and maintaining hosting infrastructure and network infrastructure supporting physical security systems and applications
- Strong capability and understanding of a broad range of information technologies, including Windows and Linux servers, networks, and firewalls, Cloud hosting (Azure/AWS), SQL database, API, and SDK
- Tertiary qualification in a Security or Technology discipline, relevant hardware certifications, and industry security licenses
