Control Room Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Control Room Operations Specialist to join our team on a Full Time basis.

In this critical role, you will ensure the delivery of security and safety to assigned sites by undertaking control room duties and incident management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and operate CCTV systems.
  • Communicate effectively with emergency services and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare accurate security incident reports, data logs, emergency response activities, and visitor records.
  • Assess and respond to situations of risk in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Manage radio communication networks for security personnel and deploy personnel as needed.
  • Implement access controls for personnel, employees, and visitors.

Requirements:

  • Excellent administrative skills, computer proficiency, and email etiquette.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a fast-paced team environment and experience with Fire-Panels.
  • Knowledge of Gallagher, Avigilon, Genetec, Ascom, and Passagepoint software.
  • Current Security Licence with Control Room endorsement.
  • First Aid and CPR Certification.
  • Valid Driver's licence with transportation privileges.

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential for this position.
