The Role:

We are seeking a Full-Time Administrative Manager at Baptcare Karingal Community, in Devonport, TAS. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Residential Care and Services Manager and overseeing various office administration systems within a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient site administration to support resident care and staff management.
  • Maintain staffing levels per Manager's directive.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the administrative team.
  • Certificate III in Office Administration and rostering system proficiency are preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems is required.

About You:

  • Proven expertise in rosters, staff recruitment, and administrative tasks.
  • Proficient in essential computer applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License is essential.
