About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Engage with clients through various channels, including in-person and phone communications, to promote and upsell our product range and services.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers to ensure seamless patient care and management.
  • Maintain and sterilize clinic equipment, ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients.
  • Process clinic orders and manage inventory, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail, healthcare, or sales environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent clinic management capability.
  • Broad experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite applications.
  • Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
