- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when needed
- Patient Communication:
- Welcoming patients and communicating information about waiting times
- Accurately updating and protecting patient information
- Booking next appointments and sending reminders
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
