    • Accurately updating and protecting patient information
    • Booking next appointments and sending reminders

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
