Job Title: Guest Service Agent

Oaks Sydney is seeking a skilled Guest Service Agent to join our team at our beautiful hotels in Sydney. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and check-in guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Communicate effectively with guests to understand their needs and preferences
  • Make bookings and reservations for guests
  • Assist guests during their stay, providing information and recommendations on local attractions and amenities
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
