Event Coordinator Opportunity

This role offers a unique blend of sales, event planning, and customer service. You will be responsible for managing client enquiries, quotes, bookings, and event coordination for an entertainment venue and national event services.

You will work directly with the founder, suppliers, clients, and internal team to ensure events run smoothly and customers are thrilled. Your tasks will include:

  • Creating quotes and invoices, inputting into event calendars
  • Coordinating bookings, staff, suppliers, and venue tours
  • Following up with leads, sending reminders, and locking in bookings
  • Supporting the wider team with admin, bookings, payments, and reports

The full-time hybrid role offers flexibility, with a mix of in-office and remote workdays.

Requirements
  • Sales or admin/customer service experience (events or hospitality a bonus)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Great multitasking and organisation skills
  • Positive attitude, initiative, and problem-solving skills
  • Full work rights in Australia + Driver's License
