We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled SHE Coordinator to join our team in Kwinana.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures and programs in compliance with local regulations
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and develop measures to mitigate them
- Provide training and coaching to employees on HSE best practices and requirements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HSE activities
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure HSE compliance and continuous improvement
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of manufacturing settings and Australian HSE regulations and standards
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE software tools
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and call out opportunities for improvement
