- Contract Management: Monitor contract requirements, ensuring compliance with standards, KPIs, and costs, and preparing reports to stakeholders.
- Vendor Evaluation: Evaluate vendors and prepare reports on orders and costs, ensuring optimal supply chain management.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare weekly and monthly reports for clients, managers, and Business Directors, providing insights and recommendations for business improvement.
- Quotations and Invoicing: Ensure timely and accurate job quotations and invoicing, maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Administrative Support: Maintain and manage filing systems, databases, and spreadsheets for works, ensuring efficient and organized record-keeping.
- Document Development: Develop templates and documents to support business operations, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Trade-Based Scheduling Experience: Previous experience in trade-based scheduling is highly beneficial.
- Defence Contract Experience: Experience working within defence contracts is highly desirable.
- Microsoft Packages: Proficiency in Microsoft packages is required.
- Office-Based Admin Experience: Previous office-based admin experience is essential.
