About You

We are seeking a candidate with the following skills, experience, and personal attributes:

  • Tertiary qualifications in an engineering field and significant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of 10 years proven senior management experience, with a demonstrated ability to improve business results across all key metrics/KPIs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and manage a high-performing team and manage both internal and external stakeholder relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Previous experience in an ISO-accredited organization, with a demonstrable understanding of the associated requirements.
  • Sound computer literacy, especially in regard to spreadsheets and financial reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities, complex problem-solving, and working under pressure.
