The medical unit at a regional hospital delivers high-quality care to individuals with complex medical conditions. The team specialises in treating acute stroke, palliative care, sepsis, respiratory and cardiac conditions, and acute delirium.
The Role of the NurseOur experienced nurse will provide safe quality nursing care that meets the individual needs of patients. This involves working closely with patients, their families and other health professionals. We're seeking a skilled nurse who is confident in fast-paced environments and works effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
The ideal candidate will have contributed to initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes. They should also be able to participate in audits and reviews, as well as support staff and patient education.
