Customer Banking Specialist

The Customer Banking Specialist in our Ararat Branch will:

  • Have in-depth conversations with customers about their overall banking needs
  • Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify any changes
  • Educate customers on our branch technology and digital banking options
  • Problem solve and provide effective solutions while championing our processes, procedures, and risk-adverse culture
