Service Delivery Director Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Director to oversee operational and service level agreements.

This role offers a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual to drive business-wide improvements in cost and delivery of administrative processes and client/internal services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a culture of continuous improvement, fostering strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and providing regular reporting and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational excellence, maximize customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage client expectations through accurate and timely updates, ensuring all promises are delivered and meeting their expectations.
  • Act and communicate with integrity in all dealings, promoting a positive reputation for the organization.
About You:

A minimum of prior experience in a leadership or management position within a facilities/contracts environment is required.

Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills, with the ability to create and deliver reports, are essential.

A trade qualification would be desirable, demonstrating technical expertise.
