About This Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate leader to oversee the daily operations of our child care centre, ensuring high-quality early childhood education and care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day activities with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Develop and implement strategies to support educational objectives
  • Recruit, train, and manage teaching staff for optimal performance
  • Evaluate compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards in early childhood education
  • Nurture positive relationships with families, the local community, and key stakeholders
  • Manage centre finances and financial reporting accurately
  • Continuously evaluate and improve service quality

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a Diploma qualification
  • Significant experience in a management role within the child care sector
  • In-depth understanding of the National Quality Framework and best practices in early childhood education
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and financial management capabilities
