Festival Brand Manager

As a key member of our team, you will lead the marketing efforts for our festivals and events. This involves driving ticket sales and brand awareness through creativity and analytical skills.

The ideal candidate has a passion for comedy and live entertainment, with experience in social media marketing, email marketing, and data analysis. Strong project management skills and collaboration with external stakeholders are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain brand consistency across all channels and assets.
  • Execute a comprehensive brand strategy to build awareness and drive ticket sales.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content and promotional materials.
  • Manage social media strategy and oversee content teams.
  • Drive marketing campaigns across digital, print, radio, and outdoor channels.
  • Collaborate with PR and media partners to secure coverage and promotional opportunities.
  • Work with talent and programming teams to develop promotional content.
  • Manage festival websites and email marketing.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics.
  • Identify partnership opportunities with sponsors and local businesses.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with social media marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience with building email & SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Skilled in using data and analytics tools.
  • Proven experience in brand and marketing management.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong creative sensibility and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience developing and managing content strategies.
  • Strong project management skills and analytical mindset.
  • Experience working with or within PR/media teams.
