Festival Operations Specialist

We require an experienced Festival Operations Specialist to support the delivery of Vivid Sydney by coordinating community and stakeholder engagement relating to traffic and operational impacts, and planning programs that enhance the festival experience.

The role involves assisting with event access and community program needs of the Vivid Sydney team, providing support to the Operations Manager (Event Access & Community Programs).

  • Coordinate community and stakeholder engagement related to traffic and operational impacts for Vivid Sydney.
  • Plan and implement programs that enhance the festival experience and ensure operational success, including local business engagement, volunteer management, accessibility initiatives, and sustainability projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile event and contribute to its success. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, able to work independently, and has strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
