About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Care Services Manager to lead and develop a team of passionate community workers providing in-home care services to seniors across Perth.

As the daily point of contact, you will provide coaching, ongoing support, and direction to ensure exceptional customer service. You will conduct interviews and inductions for new care workers, manage team and individual performance, drive safety initiatives, and handle customer escalations with support from the management team.

You will also oversee payroll and admin tasks, ensure compliance targets are met, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. When not visiting teams in the field, you will work from home as required.

About You:
  • A proven track record of leading large teams within community, call centre, retail, hospitality, or similar industries.
  • The ability to build trusted relationships, communicate empathetically while maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Previous experience within the Community/Aged Care industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • A strong passion for compliance and achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching, having difficult conversations, and performance managing frontline teams.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant qualifications (or equivalent experience) in Leadership plus Training and Assessment are highly regarded.
