Are you passionate about agriculture and looking for a challenging opportunity to develop your skills in livestock management? We are seeking talented individuals to join our Livestock Career Development Program.

About the Program

The 24-month program is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to succeed in the livestock industry. You will be involved in hands-on training, leadership development workshops, and mentorship from experienced professionals in the field.

Key Components:

  • Accelerated learning opportunities to kick-start your career in livestock
  • Professional networking opportunities to connect with peers and leaders across the business
  • Placement mobility to ensure you get the most out of your experience with us
  • Livestock skills development, including next-generation stock and station agency skills, livestock productivity, animal health and nutrition, Auctions Plus, auctioneering, wool technical and market requirements
Requirements

To be considered for this program, you must have a strong desire to learn and succeed in the livestock industry, excellent customer service skills, and strong negotiation abilities. Additionally, you should:

  • Have successfully completed Year 12
  • Have worked successfully for a minimum of 24 months within the agricultural industry, ideally within livestock
  • Be willing to relocate at the conclusion or throughout the program
  • Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or Australian permanent resident
  • Be vaccinated or willing to receive the Q Fever vaccination
  • Be able to work in a team environment
  • Have genuine interest and desire to work and learn about the livestock industry
