Are you passionate about agriculture and eager to grow your career? Our 24-month Livestock Career Development Program is designed to provide you with the skills and training you need to become a future leader or technical expert in the livestock industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete an in-house Certificate in Livestock Marketing
  • Gain valuable experience in all aspects of the livestock activity
  • Participate in four leadership and skill-building workshops
  • Work on-ground, mentored by experienced livestock employees and leaders
  • Learn effective selling and relationship building techniques

Requirements:

  • Strong desire to learn and succeed in the livestock industry
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong negotiation abilities
  • Successful completion of Year 12
  • Minimum 24 months of work experience in the agricultural industry, preferably in livestock
  • Willingness to relocate at the conclusion or throughout the program
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Leadership potential
