About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our commercial portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing efficient supply, driving communication between sales and operations, and overseeing in-store execution for our commercial partners from delivery phase through to merchandising.

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organisation. You will work on projects and initiatives to deliver growth and simplify processes without compromising on safety or service.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Commercial functions and possess strong analytical skills and commercial understanding. They will also have significant interpersonal, networking, and relationship skills, as well as a deep understanding of financial and commercial drivers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor logistics operations and merchandising standards on a daily basis per store
  • Execute changes where measures are not met, including re-educating logistics/merchandise partners on best practice
  • Support the commercial team in maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Identify and drive opportunities to improve customer service levels and in-store operational efficiency
  • Support and execute customer-Krispy Kreme joint business plans
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with logistics partners
  • Develop SLAs for logistics partners and agree performance measures and processes
