Supply Chain Strategist Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Supply Chain Strategist to play a key role in reviewing demand plans, managing supply reviews, and coordinating logistics.

Job Responsibilities

  • Review demand plans with cross-functional teams and circulate plans to stakeholders involved in the S&OP planning process.
  • Manage supply reviews, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure on-time production of finished products.
  • Recognize risk of order fulfillment and collaborate with teams to meet customer delivery schedules.
  • Arrange international logistics based on incoterm and select suitable shipping plans and freight forwarders to balance cost and delivery efficiency.
  • Improve excess and obsolete inventory provisions.
  • Perform procurement processes for finished products or services and apply payments.
  • Analyze data and use metrics to track supply chain performance.
  • Prepare and draft various agreements, including distribution agreements, purchase agreements, and authorization letters.
  • Coordinate with compliance departments to complete due-diligence on potential partners.
  • Evaluate partner performances annually and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Collect and report monthly implant data to stakeholders.
  • Provide daily admin support, coordinate resource allocation, and standardize document management workflows.
  • Lead annual budget formulation and execution monitoring, plan and coordinate annual meetings, and support vendor selection and management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, channel management, sales operations, or related field.
  • Skilled in MS/Office, with ERP experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Results-driven, can-do attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Open mind for continuous improvement.
