About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Complex Case Manager - Clinical to join our team at the Australian Psychological Society Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, veteran-centric, trauma-informed case management practice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of complex clients and provide support and advice as required to Complex Case Managers.
  • Support veterans and their families to navigate our business and access their legislative entitlements and external psychosocial support services.
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for clients and stakeholders, building and sustaining relationships with internal, external, and inter-departmental stakeholders.
  • Support staff with their understanding of and adherence to all key branch procedures, including the Case Review Framework, Risk Assessment Framework, and Managed Access Protocols.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant health field, including Nursing, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or Social Work.
  • At least 2 years of post-grad experience in a relevant role, or at least 5 years of experience working as a senior case manager or equivalent senior role.
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Agency (AHPRA), or eligibility for registration with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
