Marketing Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Parramatta, NSW. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in bringing marketing strategy and campaigns to life across all channels and businesses.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the marketing calendar, updating menus as needed, and uploading marketing assets to in-store TV screens.

You will also be responsible for tracking committed spend, filing estimates and invoice copies, and assisting in internal communication on marketing priorities. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading eCommerce growth, including management of the online shop and assistance with Web Retail orders.

Key accountabilities include:

Responsibilities
  • Administration
    • Manage and maintain the Marketing Calendar as needed.
    • Manage and complete updates and maintenance on the website.
    • Upload marketing assets to in-store TV screens and troubleshoot issues with stores.
    • Ongoing budget administration, including tracking committed spend and filing estimates and invoice copies.
    • Manage and update menus as needed.
    • Update customer memberships and other admin tasks on Redcat.
    • Lead eCommerce growth, including management of the online shop and assistance with Web Retail orders.
    • Assist in internal communication on marketing priorities.
  • Campaigns and Events
    • Create and manage project timelines for campaigns.
    • Work with external agencies on artwork development for campaign materials.
    • Liaise with suppliers for printing and production of campaign materials.
    • Liaise with Centre Management and external agencies for asset distribution.
    • Complete campaign trackers and Post Campaign analysis reports.
  • Social Media Management
    • Develop and optimise content strategy with the General Manager to achieve brand goals.
    • Establish social media management processes and guidelines.
    • Create and schedule content for social media accounts.
    • Align social media content with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
    • Track and analyse social media data and analytics.
    • Complete formal reporting on social media KPIs.
    • Stay up to date with social media trends and apply them to grow the brand's presence.
Qualifications
  • Hospitality and/or Retail industry experience preferred.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Creative and innovative mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
