Senior Business Analyst

Key Role Overview

This is a highly challenging and exciting Senior Business Analyst role that requires an experienced professional to work closely with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, driving business growth through insightful analysis, effective solutions, and strategic partnerships.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and facilitate discussions with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, leveraging expertise in business process modeling tools.
  • Develop clear, concise, and comprehensive reports that translate complex business needs into actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough gap analysis and feasibility studies to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements, ensuring business value and profitability.
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying areas for cost reduction and revenue growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with all business units, as well as external vendors, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring seamless understanding and alignment.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support business cases, pricing strategies, and long-term forecasting, including ROI analysis and scenario planning for new initiatives.
  • Create analysis and commercial/financial models, improving efficiency of processes and driving business outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of business analysis methodologies and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise.
  • Demonstrate experience in documenting and managing business requirements, with proficiency in business process modeling tools.
  • Previous experience in developing complex financial models in support of complex business cases, with a strong understanding of what drives business value and profitability.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders, utilizing strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • Proactive approach to identifying issues and developing effective solutions, with a focus on problem-solving and structured leadership.
