The role of a Strategic Workforce Manager is pivotal in shaping the organizational landscape. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives, overseeing talent acquisition, development, and performance management, as well as managing employee relations and ensuring a safe work environment.
- Drive strategic workforce planning to align with business goals.
- Cultivate a positive workplace culture through effective employee engagement and leadership.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for talent management, performance evaluation, and employee development.
- Foster collaboration between HR teams and business stakeholders to drive results-oriented initiatives.
For this position, we are seeking an individual with a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and experience in strategic HR roles, preferably in healthcare or medical industries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and stakeholders.
